BOOKING
Terms & Conditions

1. About Evliss Academy

Evliss Aesthetics Academy provides professional aesthetics and beauty training from its Watford and Central London training locations. References in these terms to “Evliss Academy”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the training provider; “student”, “learner”, “you” or “your” means the person making or attending the booking.

Published contact details: Central London - 22 Bloomsbury Street, London, WC1B 3QJ; Watford - 87 The Parade/High Street, Watford, WD17 1LN. Email: hello@evliss-academy.co.uk. Evliss Aesthetics Academy is listed on its website as a registered learning provider, UKPRN 10099808.

2. Booking and Acceptance

A booking is subject to availability and is secured when the required deposit or course fee has been received and the booking has been confirmed by Evliss Academy.

By completing a purchase or paying a deposit/booking fee, the student is asked to read and accept the booking information and applicable policies made available at the time of purchase. Students are responsible for ensuring that the course selected is appropriate for their experience, entry requirements and intended professional use.

3. Course Fees, Deposits and Payment

Course prices, promotional prices and deposit amounts may vary by course and intake. The price confirmed at the time of booking applies to that booking, subject to any clearly stated payment-plan conditions.

Deposits and booking fees are used to reserve a limited training place and, in accordance with Evliss Academy's published No Refund Policy, are stated to be non-refundable. Any outstanding balance must be paid by the deadline communicated for the course. Failure to pay may result in the place being released or training/certification being delayed.

4. Published No Refund Policy

Evliss Academy's website states that all sales are final and that refunds, cancellations or exchanges are not offered once a purchase is completed. It also states that deposits and booking fees are strictly non-refundable.

The published policy identifies limited circumstances in which a refund may be considered, including duplicate charges caused by a system error, or purchase of the wrong course where no course content has been accessed or downloaded, subject to the conditions stated in that policy.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or restrict any statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable UK law.

5. Student Cancellation or Non-Attendance

If a student cannot attend the booked training, they should notify Evliss Academy as soon as possible. Non-attendance does not automatically create an entitlement to a refund.

Where reasonably possible, Evliss Academy may offer a transfer, rescheduled date, credit, extension or other alternative at its discretion. Any such arrangement is a goodwill accommodation unless expressly confirmed otherwise in writing and does not automatically convert the original payment into a refundable payment.

Repeated changes requested by a student may be subject to availability, administrative conditions and/or an additional fee where communicated in advance.

6. Changes or Cancellation by Evliss Academy

Training dates, tutors, models, venues, course sequencing or timetables may occasionally need to change because of circumstances affecting delivery. Where Evliss Academy changes a scheduled training date, it will seek to give reasonable notice and offer a reasonable alternative arrangement.

If Evliss Academy is unable to deliver the purchased training at all, or no reasonable alternative can be provided, the student's statutory rights remain unaffected. A blanket no-refund provision does not remove rights that apply by law where contracted services are not supplied.

Where an alternative date is offered and accepted, the booking will continue on the rearranged date. Further changes will be considered reasonably and subject to availability.

7. Attendance, Punctuality and Conduct

Students are expected to arrive on time and remain for the required teaching and assessment period. Late arrival may disrupt training and, where safe or effective participation is no longer possible, the student may be unable to take part in some or all of the session.

Evliss Academy's published student notice states that additional guests, including babies and young children, are not permitted in training or treatment rooms. Professional conduct is required at all times in the clinical and educational environment.

Abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unsafe or seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal from training. Any decision affecting completion will be handled proportionately and in accordance with applicable awarding-body requirements where relevant.

8. Practical Training and Live Models

Practical courses may include demonstrations and supervised practice on live models. Model availability, suitability and treatment requirements can vary. Evliss Academy will make reasonable efforts to provide appropriate practical opportunities but cannot guarantee that every model will be suitable for every technique.

Students must follow trainer instructions, health and safety procedures, infection-control requirements and scope-of-practice guidance. A trainer may stop or modify a practical procedure where necessary for safety.

9. Entry Requirements, Assessment and Certification

Students must satisfy any entry requirements stated for their course and provide requested evidence of prior qualifications, identity or other documentation.

For regulated qualifications, assessment, internal quality assurance, external quality assurance and certification may be subject to the relevant awarding organisation's rules and timescales. Attendance alone does not guarantee a pass or certificate; required learning outcomes and assessments must be completed.

10. Course Materials and Intellectual Property

Training manuals, presentations, videos, handouts, photographs, course content and other educational materials supplied by Evliss Academy are protected materials. They are provided for the student's personal learning and professional reference and must not be copied, resold, published, uploaded, distributed or used to deliver competing training without written permission.

11. Photography, Video and Confidentiality

Students must respect the privacy and confidentiality of models, other students and staff. Photography or recording must only take place where permission has been given and must comply with any academy instructions and applicable data-protection requirements.

Clinical information, model details and other confidential information obtained during training must not be disclosed improperly.

12. Insurance, Prescribing and Professional Responsibility

Any information provided about insurance, prescribing support or progression is guidance only. Students are responsible for confirming with their own insurer, professional body, prescriber and/or regulator that they meet the requirements to practise a treatment in their circumstances and location.

Completion of a course does not override legal, regulatory, insurance or professional scope-of-practice requirements.

13. Refresher and Post-Course Support

Where a course package includes post-course support, WhatsApp support, observation or a refresher opportunity, the scope and availability will be as stated in the relevant course offer. Where a complimentary refresher is offered for up to six months, it is subject to availability, scheduling and the academy's reasonable operational requirements.

14. Complaints

Students should raise concerns promptly so that Evliss Academy has an opportunity to investigate and resolve them. Complaints should be made in writing to hello@evliss-academy.co.uk with the student's name, course, dates and a clear description of the issue.

For regulated qualifications, any further escalation rights to an awarding organisation apply in accordance with that organisation's complaints or appeals process after the centre's internal procedure has been followed where required.

15. Liability and Statutory Rights

Evliss Academy will provide its services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

Students remain responsible for their own clinical decisions and professional practice after training.

16. Data Protection

Personal information is handled for booking administration, training delivery, assessment, certification, communication and related legitimate business purposes in accordance with Evliss Academy's privacy information and applicable UK data-protection law.

17. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Nothing in this clause prevents a consumer from relying on any jurisdictional rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
