1. No Refunds on All Purchases
All sales are final. Evliss Academy does not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once a purchase is completed. This applies to all courses, digital products, memberships, and services.

2. Deposits & Booking Fees Are Non-Refundable
Any deposit or booking fee paid to secure a course, consultation, or service is strictly non-refundable. These payments are made to reserve your spot and compensate for administrative costs.

3. Course Access & Quality Assurance
We ensure that all our courses and materials are of the highest quality. If you experience technical issues or are unable to access your course, please contact us at hello@evliss-academy.co.uk and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Limited Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under the following circumstances:
• You were charged more than once for the same course due to a system error.
• You purchased the wrong course and have not accessed or downloaded any content.
If you believe you qualify for an exception, please email hello@evliss-academy.co.uk within 7 days of purchase with your order details.

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in the suspension or termination of your account. If you have any concerns, please reach out, and we will do our best to assist you.
